We also have other cottages on a separate section of this working farm. The letting units can sleep any number from 4 to 18.
Being detached and in its own enclosed garden, this cottage is your best choice for privacy and bringing pets, since it is secure, providing you remember to close the gate. The garden has a wooden picnic table and a plastic table with chairs. There is a lock-up garage where bicycles can be stored.
There is a log-burning stove in addition to the central heating, so your comfort is guaranteed even in the coldest weather. The bedrooms are double, twin, 2 singles, plus a double convertible in the lounge. There is one bathroom, comprising a bathtub with a hand-held hose/nozzle for hair washing, a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. There is also a second separate WC. The outlook is farmland in all directions.
The living room is very spacious and if you are also using other on-site cottages you may like to all eat together in Appletrees. The dining facilities can be made adequate for up to 24 if pre-arranged, and this of course would be ideal for family reunions, hen parties, etc.
The 40'x80' Games Room is available to all guests in our holiday units. There's tennis, badminton, 2 pool tables, table tennis, table football, and a wendy house.
