Opportunity for Under 11 and Under 12 footballers
A select team of youth footballers are being assembled from across Dorset to represent the area in an International Football Tournament in August. The teams will be selected from players born in 1997 (Under 12) and 1998 (Under 11). Brondby IF; the most successful football club in Denmark, have invited the Dorset team to participate in their Brondby Youth Cup in August.
The teams will work with highly qualified coaches as well as Chartered Physiotherapists in preparation for the tournament. Austin Harris, a coach at Portsmouth Football Club, will be overseeing the coaching. Trials for the squad will be taking place at Canford School, 11am-1.30pm on Sunday 15th March. The trial will include a presentation to Parents to explain about the set-up and the trip in August.
