Party in the Park 2010

The ever popular Party in the Park is set for Sunday 5^th September 2010 on the green in Ashley Cross. Now in its 10^th year, the event has grown from strength and is recognised as a staple

part of the summer’s social calendar. 

So well supported by local families, this free event offers a mixture of culture, food and music and is warmly welcomed each year by the very young to the not so young. Party in the Park offers a community spirit that is sadly often overlooked these days. The trend is to sit back and listen to the sounds of local talented bands whilst sipping a drink and tucking into the assortment of food on offer. This is also the chance to raise money for a local worthwhile cause. This year we will be supporting The Richie Keefe Life & Soul Trust, who supports families affected financially by cancer in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

This year we are thrilled with the level of interest Party in the Park has received from sponsors and traders, not to mention the high caliber of bands that are due to play. The line up includes:
